• After this time period, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.
• Any request received after the mentioned time limit will be considered invalid.

• If a customer attempts to return a different product, used product, or any item other than the product delivered by UNOFLASH, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
• Any fraudulent activity related to returns or exchanges may lead to cancellation of future orders from the customer.

• If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, no refund or exchange will be provided.
